Holocaust Survivors - their legacy compels us to serve. Our responsibility is to help Holocaust Survivors with anything we can.
Today, thousands of elderly Jews who miraculously escaped death during the Holocaust are living out their final years alone and many are in need of medical, financial help, and emotional support. We are helping them file applications for a payment from the Hardship Fund for Jewish Nazi victims, as well as a fund for survivors born after January 1, 1928. Holocaust remembrance association also helps Holocaust survivors to find necessary resources, helping them to fill out necessary forms for financial help to cover medical services that are not covered by medical insurance. We also distribute food packages to the Holocaust survivors and elderly in close collaboration with JCCGCI. We invite them to many events so their voices and their families’ stories are heard!
We record their testimonies and help them to find legal documents from the archives.
